Hey, it's great to see you here! My name is Taylor G. (and the little one is Roru G), and I'm a functional fitness coach currently serving the Round Rock and Pflugerville communities.

If you've found your way to my page, it's probably because you've realized that you could be getting more from your body than what it's currently giving: More strength. More energy. More pain-free, comfortable movement, and more confidence that you can take on the physical challenges that arise in your day to day, whatever they may be.

Well, you're in the right place! I take a holistic approach to training that goes beyond just lifting weights. Through functional fitness and calisthenics training, my clients and I focus on developing the body's overall movement patterns to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

My base rate is $75/hour. AI work requires at least an hour of setup and understanding, plus at least an hour of execution. The math is honest.

A Note on Accessibility & Priority

Both training and AI services are available on a sliding scale. If the standard rate is a barrier to getting help you need, let's talk—I'd rather work with you than turn you away.

If you're able to pay at the higher end, two things happen:

  1. You help me extend accessibility to others who can't.
  2. You receive priority scheduling in my work queue.

Those who invest more move to the front of the line—not because their work matters more, but because their investment allows me to maintain the availability that serves everyone.
